IIDX Shock.

Yoz. I’m back to haunt this place.

9th Dan is still slightly far away. But I’m determined to pass it at all costs.

I told myself, I’m determined to 9th Dan by 4th June (the day I end my temp job) and put the reminder in my phone too but it seems I’ll hit my target waaaay before 4th June.

Come to think of it.. It’s actually pretty freaky. In less than 1 year (with on and off periods of playing), I’m actually hitting the 9th Dan. SOOOON!

And I’m setting my hopes higher for 10th Dan already. But that’s a huge and muuuuch more bigger jump than you can ever imagine. Surviving thru 4 x lvl 12 songs on a Dan bar is not my league yet.

I can’t imagine. Less than 1 year ago, I decided to just try IIDX for “fun”. Less than 1 year ago, I seriously never imagined I would play IIDX on a frequent basis. I thought that the game was “too difficult” when I saw some people playing IIDX 3-4 years ago on the IIDX Gold cabinet in TKA. I tried it myself, and I failed miserably. I couldn’t even pass a freaking level 4 after 3 attempts. Darryl and Furt were my true blue witnesses.

And now, I’m setting my sights on 10th dan. Zomg.

One word to sum it all up = CHEEBONG.
