The gift of blogs.

Just came back from Sitex 2008 and bought new speakers.. :) Logitech speakers for the price of $12! But I'm really not in the mood for celebration as much as I was laughing just now with my great buddies: Furt, PX, JunJun, Ning Zhi, Jia Hong and Rui Hang.. Hais..

I hate to grow up. But I'm forced to. Duh. It's about time too.

I can easily say that I'm a pretty pampered kid. But I'm always trying my best to do my parents proud. In school, in sports, in leadership activities, etc. But why can't they see?

I wanna learn how to cook to give my parents good food when they grow old (But I still have the passion for it nonetheless). I'm motivated to go to the university to get a better job when I enter the workforce and support my family. I also wanna pay off what I owe my sister. She's paying for my tuition fees and I don't want her savings to go to waste by slacking and getting lousy grades. (I also don't wanna lose to my sister. She was a DHL in Year 2.. Something I'll never be.. Haha! But I can try.) That's why I work my butt off, tawning and getting sleepless nights, juggling between stress, exams, tests, projects, my CCA, dance crew and even my social life just to get the GPA I need. Not want. Need.

In school today, I felt woozy from all the sleepless nights and had slight blackouts and wonderful daydreams. Yeah. I love my daydreams. They give me the sleep I need! ~^_^~

I also kinda lost my appetite.. Dunno why though.. Must be the stress I'm getting.. Hais! But I know my appetite will return once I get my work finished and done and my projects submitted!

But after I complain I start thinking..And I know that out there, there would be people out there who are suffering in much more difficult situations than me.. I have really no right to complain especially when they are just there, continuing on with life and being the strong people they are.. I shouldn't be worrying all the people around me and give all the bullcrap to those who are reading.. But by already posting, I think I'm already making you guys worry, right? Eeek. +_+

BUTBUTBUT!!! I think I just needed a form of outlet to stress on and this happened to be readily used at my disposal. :) It's somewhere I can freely let out all my emotions (Only certain ones la. Not all.) and I'm kinda set free.

Don't worry about me, people! I'm Oli! :) Haha!

... Am I too much for saying you guys are worried? o_o -blink blink-

And I'm feeling MUCH MUCH better already by just letting off this steam~ ~^_^~

Anyway! Something to add on! Rui Hang is a bloddy monkey. Don't call me San-livia or Oli-dra okay!!! It's OLI! OLI OLI! Wth.. @_@

GAH!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONEEEEEEEEE!

It's a braaaand new day and feel just right for a blogging entry!

But it's going to be short though..

It's been a long long time since I've updated man! It's so early in the morning and there's no school today! SQUEE! <3 Hais... A lot of things happened while I wasn't updating.. I've got new songs that I like aka "135" by Do As Infinity... But the song is not really new anymore though.. Still, nonetheless! Give it a try.. I think you may like the unique beats.. Pretty offbeat but still funky man! :)

Hais.. I just submitted 2 of my reports on Tuesday.. Wah tiring man.. I wrote like nearly 4,000 words for my FEM report it's killing my brains. Done in about 5-6 hours. -_- But the Culi research project.. Was quite fun! :) Hahaha! Anyway, for the sake of submitting the two projects, as usual, I did my projects LAST MINUTE which resulted me in tawning the whole night.. So it was something like this:

5 Hours of Sleep from Sunday to Monday
Wake up for SSM from 6AM, work till about 3PM (Monday)
Tawning from 3PM to 6AM (Monday to Tuesday)
Culi from 6AM to 2PM (Tuesday)

And I didn't sleep until about 12MN.. Awake for about.. 42 hours.. WHOA! I'm still suffering from the lack of sleep after 2 days but I have no idea why I'm still so hyper! I think should be something dysfunctional about my brain already. Must be all the soya milk I drank when I was an infant.

Yes. I didn't accept ANY form of milk when I was an infant EXCEPT for Soya Milk.

I didn't even like my mum's boobs. -_-

Anyway, congrats to the 'O' and 'A' levels students! It's holiday time for you!! Haha! getting a well deserved break after 4 years / 2 years of hard hard mugging and preparing for the THE exams.. xD

Meanwhile, me and the rest of the poly students will still struggle for the next 1-2 years.. :(

Anyway! I can't wait for today man! I'm going to meet Shar at 1:50PM at Dhoby Ghaut to watch Quantum of Solace! SQUEAL!

That was pretty random..

AND AND AND I'm NOT a chihuahua!!! I DON'T YIP! Mind you Piao Xue and Jun Jun!

AND AND AND I LOOOOOVE a new manga series called Special A! Kei Takishima is everyone's ideal guy. Perfect grades, perfect looks, excellent at sports, excellent at everything.. Even teaching and cooking. -_- Protects the one that he loves at all costs (So cute la!)... And gentleman.. Damn gentleman! But hor! When he moody ah.. eeyer. But there's noooooo way such a guy exist can! Or is there? :)

Aiyah. I wanna go read Special A.. Fingers are itchy to click on the other tab that has Special A manga loaded on the OneManga.com... ARGH!

MY BALLS ARE DROPPING!

Isn't this cool?? I find it soo sooo cool! Ah! I'm so easily humoured and I hope you are too.. 'Cos I found this pretty fascinating! xD

Random updates:

1) Got a new bag! <3<3<3<3<3 Love it so much!

2) Dance at 11AM tomorrow at Bugis! What the hell am I still doing up at this hour??

3) Splurged money on 8 new MANGAS! My goodness.. I don't know how long I've been deprived of them.

4) Got 4 new hairbands from Helen.. 3 thin.. 1 thick.. And 1 of the thin ones BROKE one day after I bought it! T___T There goes $1.80.. xD

5) Can't wait for next week 'cos I'm going out with Dear Dear Shar for a movie: Quantum of Solace! I really can't wait!

6) I went to the Asia-Pacific Food Convention held at S'pore Expo today.. :) Nothing much la.. But the MPH bookfair next door had many Cecelia Ahern and Sophie Kinsella's "Remember Me" for $8-$10!!! *SQUEAL!*

7) I'm nervous for Toptable on Monday. Seriously. I heard the WHOLE venue is booked and I'm hosting! Omg.. I'm really really nervous.. Beyond that.. I'm a wreck! @__@

8) I'm kinda sad.. And disappointed.. But I shan't discuss it here. No room for Emo-ness in my life! AAAND there's a JCG matter to be settled ASAP which is causing me a BIIIIG headche due to one person. -_- *sigh* Sian..

AND MY HAPPIEST NEWS: I HAVE 5 NEW PETS CALLED GOLDFISHES! :) They are the cutest thing! Furt's babies. xD Yeah. He got them for his birthday present and I took them under my wing. xD

Sian Sian.. Meh! (SSM)

Hais... Short post. Tired. It's already 1AM.

Carried plates today till my arms were about to break off. About 2.5 KG worth on a single hand. Carried for 1, 2, 3, 4 minutes and then walked rounds with it around the restaurant. Did it with two types of plates so make it 20 minutes++... Without the walking part.

Learnt how to open wine with my waiter's friend. :) Quite fun.

Need to get a blog up and running for Festivals and Events Management.

But I don't know what's my URL gonna be like.

Hair sucks 'cos even though I washed my hair, scrubbed it really hard till my scalp is crying for mercy, there seems to be still some remnants of gel on it.

I only bathed at 12:15AM today because I was attempting to get my vegetable cuts right. I did it within 2 hours.. What's more, I took 1 hour to cut the carrots. And I have yet to even do some of the cuttings such as brunnoise and fine julienne. Neither have I done my parsley OR my sachet d'espice. Amount of time I was supposed to take up: 45 Minutes. ONLY. For everything.

When I was practicing, I cut myself. And it smarts. How am I going to cut tomorrow?

I only have 5 hours worth of sleep. Once I get my hair washed again.. Make that about 4 1/2 hours.

Tomorrow at 4PM after class, I would have slept for only 9 hours since Sunday. Due to Halloween, some of my time in lalaland has been sucked away. Not to mention I'm pretty worn out from a fullday workout, standing on court shoes with only 1 hour's worth of sitting down time and

I have gel in my ears.

I'm going to wash it off. Perhaps a better post soon. Instead of short short unentertaining sentences full of complaints.. Especially when I know that many people are suffering the same fate.

OliOli-PooPoo grumbled to the toilet to clean the gel out of her ears at 1:04AM.

PS: Perhaps not. My body cries out for sleep. I shall make the blog for FEM and then head to my comfortable eden called a bed. Besides, I've clean out the gel using tissue and there seems to be quite little gel in my hair right now. But the feeling is still icky. BUT! Sleep comes first.
